English Medieval Experience in Edinburgh, Scotland

English course in Scotland schoolAge: 13-17 years
Date: 15th of July-5th of August

Known as the Athens of the north, Edinburgh is considered to be the most beautiful city after London, and as having the greatest monumental richness in the United Kingdom. An enclave located at the foot of several hills and facing the sea along one of its sides. The programme is delivered in the Newbattle Abbey facilities, a historic monastery more than 900 years old. The whole development of the program revolves around life, tradition, customs, history and, ultimately, a journey through the remnants of the Middle Ages in Scotland and, more specifically, in its capital and surroundings. Outside of the classroom, pupils are guided by the different cultural points of interest in the city, discovering places of great historic charm and enjoying the most fun and enriching experiences.
